Rosy bowls

Rosy green

July 5th, 2026

This smoothie bowl makes eating vegetables more fun (although I myself admit to enjoy eating greens in general)! Here the precious green superfoods are hiding behind creamy, sweet mango and bright fruits and berries. If you would really like to be sure, sprinkle a few drops of stevia, a sugary taste derived from plants,
into your blender.

The rose petal decoration I got from the brand ‘Green Essence’. It is completely natural and suggested to use for tea as well3. Since I drink tea daily and the thought of having a rose tea sounded heavenly to me, I instantly tried it out with my mother the last time she visited me and we really liked it! We used boiling water and left the rose petals inside for 10 minutes.

Furthermore, remember to wisely choose when to have the bowl because matcha contains a lot of caffeine. Optionally, you might leave it out entirely.
