Rosy bowls

Colorful Pineapple & Raspberry

March 28th, 2026

The taste is as varied as its colors: It's sweet, especially, as well as a little spicy and sour!
Definitely use some of ROSIE ROSE's edible rose buds to add a touch of rosiness to your smoothie bowl. They dried naturally in the sun, were thoroughly tested in a laboratory and last up to 3 years.2 Their selection of rose petal tones is very lovely and beneath the video of me preparing the recipe, there is the link for you to
discover them all.
This is the first bowl that I'm sharing with you and I'm happy for everyone who finds in it delight–treat yourself to a peaceful walk to get the ingredients, to creativity when decorating the top, and to the nourishment of
your precious body!

1/2 tbsp peeled hemp seeds
